1. What if I want to make an exchange or want a refund?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and wish to resolve any problems you may have. If, however, you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will promptly exchange the item, issue a credit or issue a refund for you. Simply, fill out the form, which is available on “Right to cancel” section, pop it into the parcel and send back to us along with the item.

 

2. How quickly will I receive my purchases?

Perfume Scent by Oraza process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However some items will be dispatched from our main depot, which is located outside the UK, so bear in mind it can take 3-7 working days.

 

3. Is this a secure site?

Any payment transactions will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology and all your personal details are stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

4. Are the products that you sell real?

All the products that we sell are completely genuine - we have no dealing with counterfeit or fake products. We sell the same name brand designer products you will find in all the big retail department stores except not at the big retail prices. In the case of any of the unboxed or damaged items that we might sell, it literally is only the outer packaging that is the difference.

 

5. Why are the products so much cheaper?

We sell products directly to the public. There is no shop and there are no middlemen, so our overheads are kept very low, and we pass our savings onto you!

 

6. How to order?
