If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) please return the items and we can either offer a refund or replacement.
At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.

If you wish to cancel your order please notify Perfume Instinct in writing or by email within 14 days of the date of delivery and return all goods.
Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class. Perfume Instinct cannot cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our office.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Perfume Instinct will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
